“Yogaś citta vṛtti nirodhaḥ”
-Pantanjali (Sutra 1.2)


This Sanskrit phrase means that yoga is what happens when the mind is still: Yoga (united) Chitta (mind/consciousness) Vritti (waves/fluctuations) Nirodha (cessation/stillness).

Happy Brain Yoga combines neuroscience, exercise science, and ancient wisdom to help you find peace and clarity through working with your mind to calm it.

You don’t need to be a contortionist, a model, or have ever tried it before. All you need is the desire to feel better in your mind and body, and that is what I provide.

We will accomplish this through breath work, meditation, and movement.
