Jason is a phenomenal yoga instructor and human being. All his sessions are carefully catered to the participants yoga level, confidence, and injuries/mobility restrictions. He takes great care in making sure that folks feel at ease and understand the purpose of each exercise. As we go through the session, Jason does a great job of explaining the cultural significance behind various poses and the physiological benefits of yoga.

Alliance San Diego is a non-profit human rights organization that does work locally and across the country to uplift and defend human rights. In the past few months, our team has been increasingly stressed as the political climate has changed and our workload increases. These bi-weekly yoga sessions with Jason have been an invaluable opportunity to take a break, breathe, and remind us of the importance of taking care of our bodies. His soothing guidance and gentle encouragement have made a huge difference in the mindset of our team, and everyone leaves his sessions feeling rejuvenated and uplifted.

I can say without a doubt that Jason’s yoga sessions have left a positive impact on our team and have helped us continue to make a positive impact on our communities. I would recommend his classes to anyone without hesitation.

Jason is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve practiced with! He really takes the time to listen and tailor a unique practice to your individual needs and goals. He makes yoga accessible and can scale the practice for all levels of experience. I’ve grown so much in the practice and learned more about yoga than I ever expected because of Jason. Taking Jason’s yoga class was awesome. He informed me about the different nervous system systems and he was well educated in the area of the yoga practice.
