I’m your Nervous System Regulation Specialist.
I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, NASM-certified personal trainer, and I have a background in the social and behavioral sciences.
I help people calm their nervous system, improve focus, and feel like themselves again using a blend of:

• yoga
• breathwork
• strength training
