We have three levels of monthly membership to help you reach your goals.

• Happy Brain Basics gives you two classes per week (online or in person), and yoga curriculum resources:$100/month

• Happy Brain Deep Dive gives you four classes per week (online or in person), yoga curriculum resources, and one coaching session per month: $200/month

• Unlimited provides unlimited classes, more advanced yoga curriculum, and two individual coaching sessions per month: $250/month
