Morning Vinyasa Flow (Online)
Start your day with movement, breath, and intention. This live online vinyasa class is designed to help you wake up your body, focus your mind, and build strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance before the demands of the day take over.
The first 30 minutes are accessible to all levels and focus on mindful movement, mobility, breathwork, and foundational yoga poses. The second 30 minutes gradually increase in intensity with a dynamic vinyasa flow designed for students looking for a deeper physical challenge and more advanced practice.
Join for the first half-hour or stay for the full experience—whatever works best for your schedule and goals.
When: Monday–Saturday, 8:00–9:00 AM Pacific

8:00–8:30 AM: All Levels Welcome
8:30–9:00 AM: Intermediate to Advanced Flow
Pricing:
