Leave the stress of the workday behind and join us in beautiful Balboa Park for a gentle, all-levels yoga practice designed to help you relax, recharge, and reset. Through mindful movement, stretching, breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll release tension, improve mobility, and transition into your evening feeling calmer, stronger, and more grounded.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this welcoming outdoor class is designed to help you move, breathe, and feel better.
When: Weekdays at 6:00 PM
Where: Open grassy area east of Balboa Drive, just south of Quince Drive in Balboa Park
Cost: $15 Drop-In
Bring: A yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing
