Burly Bear Yoga

Burly Bear Yoga is a welcoming, judgment-free yoga class designed for every body—especially those who may not see themselves in traditional yoga spaces. Whether you’re a bear, cub, otter, wolf, ally, beginner, or simply looking for a supportive community, this class focuses on building mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and stress relief without the pressure of being “good at yoga.”

Expect a friendly atmosphere, practical movement, plenty of modifications, and a focus on feeling better in your body—not achieving perfect poses. No yoga experience is necessary.

When: Tuesdays at 10:00 AM
Where: AWOL, 1465 University Avenue, San Diego (Big Room next to the Bar)
Cost: Pay What You Can (if you can)
Bring: A yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing
